Live with us experiences in contact with nature, sustainable and authentic, among the rolling hills of Trasimeno in the BITTARELLI company, a historic organic company where you can discover how a real farm works, become protagonists by making a typical local recipe with your own hands with the products of the land you are visiting, relax at sunset with a tasting in the welcoming room of the Agri Restaurant or in the company's panoramic garden, or enjoy the pleasure of a walk to the rhythm of nature with the possibility of having a picnic in the dedicated rest areas, completely immersed in the Umbrian countryside.

These are the 4 experiences we have chosen for you:

 

PATH 1: DISCOVERING THE FARM: FROM THE LAND TO THE PRODUCT

Upon arrival of the guests, the company will be presented with a guided tour of the Bittarelli farm. The tasting will follow with the organic products of Agricola Bittarelli.

– Trio bruschetta: bruschetta with Fagiolina del Trasimeno, extra virgin olive oil, pesto from the farm

– La Cecina

– Tasting of soup

– Ancient wheat flour lilies Cappelli with grass peas

– Cheese accompanied by jam

– 1 glass of wine produced on the farm “Rosso di Piero” (Sangiovese, Merlot and Ciliegiolo)

Cost €36 per person.

Availability days: Wednesday from 10:00 to 12:00. Max number of guests to be agreed. Reservations at least 2 days in advance.

 

PATH 2: COOKING SCHOOL

Let's prepare the tagliatelle or gnocchi together, with organic flours from ancient stone-ground grains and the matching sauce. Explanation of the appetizer based on Trasimeno beans and the meat second course. Preparation of the dessert, tart with spelled flour and farm jams.

Availability days: Thursday from 10:00 to 14:00. Maximum number of guests 15 people. Reservations at least 2 days in advance.

 

PATH 3: RELAXATION AT SUNSET

In the welcoming room of the Agri Restaurant or in the company's panoramic garden, a tasting platter containing the flavors of the territory will be served.

– Trio bruschette: with extra virgin olive oil, with Fagiolina del Trasimeno, with Aglione pesto from Valdichiana

– Pecorino with jam

– Tasting of legumes (salad or soup depending on the season)

– Delicatessen from the Agri Ristorante Bittarelli

– 1 glass of wine produced on the farm

Cost €30 per person.

Availability days: Wednesday afternoon spring-summer hours from 6.30pm, autumn-winter hours from 5.30pm. Reservations: at least 2 days before.

 

ROUTE 4: PIC-NIC

Upon arrival you will find the basket with everything you need to have your picnic to enjoy in the large panoramic garden of the Bittarelli farm.

Novelty! For those who want to walk there is the possibility to choose 2 routes in the countryside: the blue or the green and savor the delights of our basket in the indicated rest areas.
